Keep it clean!

Do you wash your hair in the shower?
Chances are you do.
And while that shampoo and crème rinse may be beneficial to your lovely locks, they may be leaving a residue on your skin.

Tip:
Wash your face as the last part of your showering routine.

Consult your Cara Mia clinician regarding the best cleanser for your face.
Then put a bottle of it in your shower.

After you’ve rinsed off all the hair products, THEN wash your face.

This way you’re guaranteed clean, conditioned hair AND a clean, conditioned face each time you shower.
